Job Summary
This job will lead the development and implementation of advanced data science models and algorithms. You will work with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions. Your role involves driving best practices in data science, ensuring data quality, and mentoring junior scientists.
Essential Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of advanced data science models.

- 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR any equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Independent Challenge & Validation:
Critically evaluate the effectiveness of fraud strategies developed by the First Line of Defense. - Fraud Risk Assessment:
Perform deep‑div analyses on transactional, identity data to identify emerging fraud patterns and vulnerabilities that the first line fraud may have missed. - Domain Knowledge:
Deep understanding of fraud typologies (e.g., account takeover, payment fraud, synthetic identity) and risk management frameworks. - Cross‑Functional Consultation:
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) to advise senior leadership on the technical and business value of proposed risk controls.
- Programming:
Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL for extracting insights from large‑scale datasets. - Data visualization:
Skilled in using tools like Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or Python libraries (Seaborn, Plotly) to present complex findings to non‑technical stakeholders.
