• Lead the design, development, and delivery of BI dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize BI reports, dashboards, and datasets.
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable data visualizations.
• Build and optimize data models; integrate data from multiple sources.
• Ensure report performance, scalability, and data accuracy.
• Implement row‑level security (RLS) and data governance standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data quality and performance issues.
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of analysts; establish and enforce reporting standards, best practices, and design guidelines.
• Review team deliverables for accuracy, performance, and usability.
• Prioritize work, manage workloads, and coordinate delivery timelines.
• Act as a technical escalation point for complex BI and data modeling issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align team output with business priorities.
• Support onboarding, training, and skill development within the team.
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and tools.

• Experience developing reports and dashboards in Microsoft Power BI.
• Knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Ability to lead or mentor team members.
• Strong understanding of data visualization and UX best practices.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
