WORKER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum:
Years Skills/Experience
5+ Project Team experience utilizing Agile Methodologies
6+ Experienced in gathering requirements towards changes the People Soft application
6+ Demonstrated current hands-on functional experience in one or more of the following People Soft modules:
- HRMS, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, Pension Administration, Payroll
6+ The most recent six years must have been working exclusively as a People Soft Functional Analyst
8+ Solid understanding of technical aspects of the People Soft application
5+ Strong SQL skills, ability to write and execute advanced SQL in both Oracle and SQL Server
5+
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
10+ Working in Information Technology
Preferred:
Years Skills/Experience
2+ Past experience as a developer in one or more of the following People Soft modules:
- HRMS, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, Pension Administration, Payroll
2+ Solid People Tools skills, including Application Engine, People Code, and SQR
3+ Ability to manage a Scrum or Kanban team
5+
Experience with Microsoft Azure Dev Ops preferred
5+ Experience in having worked on prior implementations/conversions from a legacy People Soft application
5+
Experience with Defined Benefit Pension Plans preferred
5+ Defined Benefit Pension Plan knowledge to understand data requirements and use
5+
Experience with Base Benefits or Benefits Administration systems
5+
Experience with Pension Administration systems
5+
Experience with Payroll Systems
10+ Provide expert troubleshooting for isolating functional / technical problems
