Hiring:
Systems Analyst 3 / Data Engineer (Informatica + Snowflake)
We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer / Systems Analyst to support the Performance Management & Analytics System (PMAS) and enterprise data integration initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Informatica Power Center/IICS, Snowflake SQL, ETL automation, data warehousing, and analytics platforms in enterprise environments.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain ETL mappings and workflows using:
- Informatica Power Center or IICS
- Acquire and integrate data from multiple data sources including:
- Oracle
- SQL Server
- Excel
- Access
- Automate data acquisition and transformation processes.
- Design and develop complex, high‑performing Snowflake SQL scripts.
- Create:
- Database views
- Materialized views
- Optimize SQL for scalability and performance
- Collaborate with architects and data engineering teams on optimal data design.
- Support enterprise analytics and performance management initiatives.
- Develop validation and automated testing mechanisms.
- Produce technical documentation, diagrams, specifications, and workflows.
- Develop mockups and validate requirements with stakeholders.
- Work with AI‑enabled tools such as:
- Snowflake Cortex
- Support CI/CD and automation initiatives.
- 8+ years of experience with:
- Informatica Power Center or IICS
- ETL mappings and workflow automation
- Experience integrating data from:
- Oracle
- SQL Server
- Excel
- Access
- Experience with:
- Data warehousing
- Analytics platforms
- Performance management systems
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Technical documentation and diagramming experience using:
- Visio
- Erwin
- MS Office Suite
- MS Project
- Healthcare or HHS industry experience
- Experience working with PII/PHI data
- Experience with:
- Python scripting
- Java
- REST/SOAP Web Services
- Git Hub & Git Hub Actions
- Mule Soft
- JIRA
- Knowledge of healthcare security principles
- Experience with:
- Tableau
- Business Intelligence platforms
- AI tools (Snowflake Cortex, Informatica Claire)
