About the role
Director of Sales based in Austin, TX to lead/expand Neo Cloud and enterprise OEM business across HPE, Dell, Lenovo, IBM; drive design‑ins and revenue growth across high‑speed connectivity solutions for AI data centers. Base salary range is $180,000 – $220,000 a year. Eligible for MBO, equity, and full benefits.
Responsibilities- Own/grow strategic OEM accounts
- Influence roadmap/platform decisions
- Lead multi‑year sales cycles
- Align with engineering, product, and marketing
- Build pipeline and forecast
- Represent Credo locally
- Negotiate commercial terms
- Provide market insights
