Senior SAP FICO FICA S/4 HANA Consultant

Location: Day 1 Onsite in Austin, TX

Duration: Long term contract

Hybrid - 3 days onsite / week

We need a candidate coming from SAP FICO background and have SAP FICA project experience

• SAP FICO experience
• Minimum 1 full life cycle implementation

For resources with FICO background, we evaluate on the following areas

• P2P process
• Integrations with 3rd party applications for P2P process
• Payment setup and handling
• O2C process
• Card settlements and COPA and Revenue management
• EBS, If the resource has treasury, we go with their experience
• R2R assets and Intercompany processes
• SPL and integrations with data transfers

For resources with FICA background, we will evaluate the resources on the following

• BITs vs EDRs vs how the commerce transactions are recorded
• Different BIT classes the resources would have worked upon
• Billings setup vs Invoicing setup
• Bods' extractions and Payment Card settlements
• Integrations with third party systems
• Integrations with Tax services (Vertex or any 3rd party)
• Master data setup
• Payments and balance transfers
• COPA and Revenue management: COPA
• SPL and Intercompany

• SAP functional experience specializing in design and configuration of SAP Finance modules, with strong working knowledge of other SAP modules and integration points Experience in full implementation of SAP FI module
• General ledger, Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, Account assignment, Credit management, COPA, Revenue recognition, Account reconciliation, Amortization, Inter- company fees, Tax/Vertex integration, Credit card processing, RMCA/FICA/ BRIM
• Experience in gathering business requirements, providing conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs, performing necessary SAP configuration, writing detail specifications for development of custom programs, testing, co-ordination of transports to production (cutover) and post go live support
• Experience with SAP master data (customer, vendor, Business partner, Material), EDI/ IDOC, User exit and BApi, and custom solutions
• Has demonstrated project leadership skills by coordinating cross functional teams and focused on delivering detail designs to align with industry best practices
• Candidate should have a good understanding of financial reporting (GBI), Order to Cash and Procure to Pay processes, and their integration with FICO
• Experience in S4/HANA, RMCA/FICA/BRIM or RAR is a plus
• Require strong verbal and written communication skills including business and functional requirements, management level presentations and proposals presentation
• Min. 8+ years of SAP FICO experience
• Candidates with bachelor’s degree, Finance / CPA, or CPA equivalent preferred
• Prior experience in high tech or software industries is preferred

SAP FICO/FICA/RMCA – No - 5-10 years - Is Required

Pay Range: $75/hr - $80/hr

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
