This is a builder role in an early‑stage, flat organization. The right person must be comfortable setting strategy, making architecture decisions, working directly with vendors, and personally driving technical execution without relying on a large team.
The role is designed to align with a leader who has experience in AI network infrastructure, RDMA fabrics, GPU clusters, 400G/800G networks, hyperscale networking, network reliability, automation, and cost optimization.
What you will be responsible for- Lead network architecture for AI datacenter environments, including GPU cluster fabrics, storage networks, management networks, and customer connectivity.
- Design scalable, high‑performance network fabrics using technologies such as RDMA, RoCE, Infini Band, Ethernet AI fabrics, BGP, EVPN/VXLAN, IPv6, and 400G/800G networking.
- Evaluate network architecture options for NVIDIA, AMD, and other accelerated compute platforms.
- Partner with datacenter engineering, facilities, compute, storage, security, procurement, and operations teams to ensure network designs are practical, scalable, and operationally supportable.
