Skillset / Experience:
We are seeking an experienced AP Management Professional to assist with an OCR implementation to lead and oversee an AP OCR implementation. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong technical expertise, particularly in Workday and/or XT Global OCR software, and experience implementing OCR tools across the US and Latin America. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, global environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the OCR implementation function
- Drive process improvements and optimize workflows across AP
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Finance, Procurement, and Operations
- Assist with system enhancements and automation initiatives
- Director-level or Senior Manager experience in Accounts Payable
- Strong, hands-on AP experience (not purely strategic)
- Required:
Experience with Workday and/or XT Global OCR - Required:
LATAM (Latin America) AP experience - Spanish language skills highly preferred (considered close to mandatory)
