Title: Audio/Video (AV) Support Engineer
Locations:
Austin TX
Duration: 6 Months
Salary Range: $30- $32/Hour on W2 (All inclusive) Applicants must be able to work on W2 without any Visa sponsorship
Job Description:
We are seeking an Audio/Video Support Engineer to manage and support enterprise collaboration platforms and AV infrastructure. The role involves handling conferencing tools, maintaining AV equipment, supporting users, and assisting in AV room upgrades and deployments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Good communication
- Customer handling Good communication
- Handled Cisco Webex, pepix, AV equipments
- Have supported Zooms, Teams, etc
- Have worked on video room upgrades/refresh
- Managed in creating BoM for AV equipments
