Job Description:
Job Title: Oracle Kubernetes (OKE) Consultant
Location: 100% REMOTE
Length: 9 months
Start: 2 weeks
Interview: Video
Assist with existing OCI infrastructure, including application and infrastructure layers, including provide guidance on most suitable application and Infrastructure Re-platforming layers as required. This may involve modifying or re-architecting environment to align with OCI's services and best practices.
- Automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC):
Leverage automation tools and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices to streamline the migration process and ensure consistency, repeatability, and scalability. Develop scripts and templates to automate the deployment and configuration of infrastructure on OCI. - Provide continuous support and maintenance services for the migrated infrastructure on OCI. This includes assistance with troubleshooting, patches review and ensuring optimal performance and availability.
- Adenza has come back with another opportunity to support them with work backlog. They are looking specifically for: OCI has consultants who are experts in OCI resources and have automation skill sets, particularly terraform, python, Power Shell, Windows automation, Ansible, gitlab and the like.
- Assistance OKE & Mirco-services deployments in OCI:
- Conduct a thorough assessment of your existing Container Engine for Kubernetes (OKE) infrastructure and data management requirements to identify opportunities for optimization and ensure an efficient Kubernetes environment that aligns with your business objectives.
- Develop a detailed run book design and architecture plan for Container Engine for Kubernetes (OKE) implementation, prioritizing high availability, scalability, and data integrity.
- Container Engine for Kubernetes (OKE) Installation and Configuration:
Install and configure Container Engine for Kubernetes (OKE), including seamless integration with your existing database systems and necessary components. - Data Migration:
Define and execute a comprehensive data migration plan on Container Engine for Kubernetes (OKE), leveraging its capabilities to ensure minimal downtime and data loss during the migration process. - Monitoring and Troubleshooting:
Establish robust monitoring mechanisms to proactively identify and address any issues or performance bottlenecks. Develop troubleshooting guidelines to quickly resolve any data management or migration-related problems. - Ongoing Support and Maintenance:
Provide continuous support and maintenance services for the Container Engine for Kubernetes (OKE) implementation, encompassing periodic health checks, performance optimization, and timely application of updates and patches.
