Job Title: Business Analyst 2

Location(s): Austin, TX

Job Summary:
Seeking two experienced Business Analyst 2 professionals to support Emerging Technology initiatives. The selected candidates will work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership to analyze business needs, document requirements, support Agile delivery processes, and assist with process improvement and workflow documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Work with stakeholders to identify business needs and process improvements.
• Support Agile project management methodologies and team collaboration.
• Develop and maintain use cases, workflows, and process maps.
• Assist development and technical teams with requirement clarification.
• Participate in meetings, reviews, and project planning activities.
• Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and aligned with project goals.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a senior-level Business Analyst or in a related technology field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience working in Agile project management environments.
• 2+ years of experience documenting and understanding use cases.
• 2+ years of experience with process documentation and mapping.
