Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of Reports Development experience
- 8+ years of hands-on Power BI experience (dashboards, datasets, reporting)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, complex formulas
- VBA/macros preferred
- Strong experience with SharePoint site management and customization
- Proven background in workflow design and process documentation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience working with engineering datasets or within regulated environments
- 2+ years of Python experience for data automation and cleanup
- 2+ years of Power Automate experience
- Familiarity with process optimization and operational improvement initiatives
