** Minimum Qualifications*
* + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with 8+ years of relevant experience in software and program management.

+ Strong software project management skills with experience leading large, multi-functional teams to deliver complex initiatives.

+ Proven track record of managing programs end-to-end, from initial design through launch, ensuring high-quality outcomes.

+ Deep knowledge of product development processes, with the ability to drive projects forward with precision, creativity, and collaboration.

+ Proficiency in leveraging Generative AI tools and LLMs to streamline program management workflows, including technical documentation, automated status reporting, and data synthesis.

** Preferred Qualifications*
* + Proven experience driving and delivering critical, end-to-end (E2E) project features across the company, collaborating effectively with multiple cross-functional teams.

+ Adept at leveraging data from diverse sources to generate insights and make informed decisions that guide program direction.

+ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with confidence presenting to executive leadership and influencing key stakeholders.

+ Strong leadership skills with the ability to empower teams, foster collaboration, and maintain momentum in fast-paced, often ambiguous environments.

+ Technical curiosity and willingness to actively engage in technical discussions with engineering partners, including initiatives involving customer-facing Generative AI on-device or in the cloud.

+ Demonstrated experience shipping consumer software at large scale, serving millions of users.

+ Solid understanding of Apple operating systems, including iOS, macOS, iPadOS, and watch

OS, with the ability to build experiences that delight users.
