The Worldwide Retail Engagement, Marketing & Merchandising (REMM) team defines, makes, and delivers programs, campaigns, initiatives, and experiences that help Retail’s customers and teams be inspired by, learn about, and go further with the company’s products and services, and does so in a manner that is true to our values.
RequiredSkills & Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in data analysis, market research, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying, appending, and manipulating large datasets (experience with Snowflake is highly preferred).
- Hands-on experience building interactive dashboards and data visualizations using Tableau.
- Solid foundation in established research methods, quantitative statistics, and survey data analysis.
- Prior work experience at the company or in the company's industry.
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
PreferredSkills & Qualifications
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, intuitive stories that inform and inspire business decisions.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and bringing structure to open-ended problems.
- Familiarity with R or Python for statistical analysis or text mining (especially for open-ended survey feedback) is a strong plus.
- Analyzing Feedback:
Evaluating quantitative statistics and open-ended feedback gathered from continuous customer surveys. - Synthesizing Data:
Using multiple internal platforms, external systems, and business context to uncover meaningful trends. - Storytelling:
Transforming complex data into timely, compelling stories that inform and inspire leadership and frontline teams.
