* Resolve complex issues passed from Level 1/2
* Resolve issues in Exchange mail flow, SharePoint/One Drive permissions, and Teams collaboration.
* Configure and manage Microsoft Purview compliance features, DLP policies, and Conditional Access controls.
* Use Power Shell to automate user provisioning, licensing, and tenant administration.
* Participate in Microsoft 365 migrations, onboarding, and infrastructure upgrades.
* Create SOPs and documentation while mentoring Tier 1/2 technicians.
* Recommend solutions in Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Microsoft Purview (DLP, eDiscovery)
* Interface directly with Microsoft Premier/Unified Support for complex technical issues.
* Manage Security aspects of any Microsoft 365 installation along with the Cybersecurity team.
Salary Range: $38,000 - $125,000 a year
