Hardware Production Support

Join our dynamic team for a 6-month onsite opportunity in Austin, TX. We are looking for dedicated individuals who are open to shift rotations and ready to engage in hands-on hardware production support.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer hardware asset knowledge.
• Experience in operating system installation – Windows Server, Linux, Unix.
• Basic networking knowledge.
• Understanding of basic hardware troubleshooting and logical resolution methods.
• Must be able to work in this country without sponsorship.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

• Experience with RAID levels.
• Web server and database installation experience.
• Experience in rack, cable, and deployment of Cisco Layer 2 networking equipment.

• Rack, build, cable, configure, and provision servers.
• Troubleshoot, test, and conduct quality assurance of server hardware.
• Resolve hardware issues professionally via trouble tickets.
• Stand for long hours and lift weights (~50 lbs).
• Travel as needed.
