Compensation Range

$185,000- $200,000 USD

The salary range listed reflects the base pay for this role at Altus Group and is provided where required by local regulations. Actual offers may differ based on experience, market conditions, and other relevant factors. The range does not include additional compensation such as bonuses, equity, benefits, or other incentives.

Reporting to the EVP, Services and Customer Enablement, we are hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to join the Client Enablement Group. As the new Forward Deployed Engineer, you will operate at the intersection of engineering, AI, operations, and customer outcomes. You will partner with teams across support, services, enablement, onboarding, provisioning, training, and operations to identify friction, eliminate manual processes, and engineer scalable solutions that create measurable business impact.

You will tackle ambiguous, high‑impact operational challenges where the goal is not simply to automate tasks, but to rethink how work gets done and apply technology where it creates meaningful leverage. You will help modernize workflows, improve scalability, accelerate delivery, and build solutions that drive tangible outcomes across the organization.

This is a hybrid role based out of our Houston office.

Ownership and influence. This is an opportunity to become the first Forward Deployed Engineer within the Client Enablement Group, helping define how engineering, AI, and automation capabilities are embedded across operational functions at Altus Group. Reporting directly to the EVP, Services and Customer Enablement, you will have significant visibility, autonomy, and executive partnership from day one, with the ability to influence priorities, identify opportunities for operational improvement, and help shape where the organization invests in automation and AI moving forward.
