What You Will DoDomain‑Specific Execution
- Facilitate domain‑specific program syncs, stand‑ups, and team coordination
- Support the domain's quarterly planning and capacity management
- Track domain initiatives, features, and epic health
- Manage dependencies within and across domains
- Ensure Jira hygiene and adherence to the product operating model for the domain
- Guide domain teams on change management and prioritization processes
- Maintain accurate data in Jira Plan View for domain work
- Support teams in following established standards and best practices
- Provide visibility into what the domain team is working on and why
- Report on domain program status to leadership
- Track and communicate risks, blockers, and dependencies
- Bridge communication between domain teams and leadership
- 5+ years of experience in project/program management, preferably in product or technology organizations
- Deep expertise with Jira and Confluence (administration, workflows, reporting)
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and dependencies
- Excellent communication skills—ability to translate technical complexity for different audiences
- Experience with capacity planning, road mapping, and quarterly planning processes
- Experience in financial services or fintech
- Certifications:
PMP, SAFe, Certified Scrum Master, or similar - Background supporting product/engineering teams in a fast‑paced environment
- Familiarity with advanced Jira features (Advanced Roadmaps, automation, JQL)
- Experience with change management and process improvement initiatives
- Detail‑oriented: obsess over data quality, process adherence, and accuracy
- Proactive communicator: surface risks and blockers before they become problems
