IT Project Manager

What You Will DoDomain‑Specific Execution

• Facilitate domain‑specific program syncs, stand‑ups, and team coordination
• Support the domain's quarterly planning and capacity management
• Track domain initiatives, features, and epic health
• Manage dependencies within and across domains

• Ensure Jira hygiene and adherence to the product operating model for the domain
• Guide domain teams on change management and prioritization processes
• Maintain accurate data in Jira Plan View for domain work
• Support teams in following established standards and best practices

• Provide visibility into what the domain team is working on and why
• Report on domain program status to leadership
• Track and communicate risks, blockers, and dependencies

• Bridge communication between domain teams and leadership

• 5+ years of experience in project/program management, preferably in product or technology organizations
• Deep expertise with Jira and Confluence (administration, workflows, reporting)
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and dependencies
• Excellent communication skills—ability to translate technical complexity for different audiences
• Experience with capacity planning, road mapping, and quarterly planning processes

• Experience in financial services or fintech
• Certifications:
  
  PMP, SAFe, Certified Scrum Master, or similar
• Background supporting product/engineering teams in a fast‑paced environment
• Familiarity with advanced Jira features (Advanced Roadmaps, automation, JQL)
• Experience with change management and process improvement initiatives
