Minimum qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in program management within design or UX organizations.
  • Experience with user research, or research focused tools and user centered methodologies.
  • Experience working in AI/ML products, software developer tooling, data, privacy, safety, or security domains.
  • Experience using generative AI tools.
Preferred qualifications
  • Experience with the product development lifecycle.
  • Experience analyzing data and delivering recommendations for improvement.
  • Experience managing risks (e.g., operational, product, team health).

You will join our multi‑disciplinary UX team, collaborating with Engineering and Product Management, to create industry‑leading products based on user insights.

As a UX Program Manager, you will combine expert project management with a passion for user experience to improve the design of products used by billions. Your role is to plan projects, define milestones, assess risks, create actionable insights, and ensure deadlines are met. You will harmonize the work of various UX disciplines and cross‑functional partners to drive team objectives and create innovative experiences.

In this program management role, you will build and execute end‑to‑end UX programs and operational frameworks across the AI Foundations organization and the Privacy, Safety, and Security (PSS) pillars. In this role you will build and execute plans for programs, initially deploying into the highest‑priority, critical‑path projects across both domains. As these teams grow and AI fundamentally transforms our collective ways of working, you will help ensure our program management workflows support this evolving landscape proactively identifying opportunities to modernize how our design teams execute while simultaneously driving the direct delivery of core product features.

You will develop a strong working knowledge of AI platforms, software infrastructure, data systems, and cybersecurity, leveraging your innate curiosity to onboard quickly, build networks with key stakeholders, and successfully navigate ambiguity in the AI era.

As the Core team, we have a mandate and a unique opportunity to impact important technical decisions across the company.

The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $132,000-$189,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
