Position Overview

We are looking for a Product Documentation & Training Specialist to own and evolve our product help documentation while supporting internal product enablement. This role is expected to quickly develop deep expertise across Baxter Planning products and become a go-to source of truth for product knowledge across teams.

This role focuses on creating clear, user-friendly content and helping build a more structured and scalable documentation experience for both customers and internal teams. You will be responsible for translating complex product functionality into clear, structured knowledge for both internal and external audiences.

You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience teams, supporting the documentation lifecycle end-to-end – from understanding requirements to publishing – while contributing to content standards, structure, and continuous improvements.

You will also support internal enablement by turning product knowledge into structured training materials and helping drive adoption across teams.

We're looking for someone who is proactive, curious, and eager to learn, with a continuous improvement mindset – someone who actively identifies gaps, explores how things work, and helps make content clearer and more effective over time.

This role requires a high level of autonomy, with ownership over documentation and enablement work streams and the ability to operate with limited oversight.

Key Responsibilities Documentation Ownership & Delivery
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of customer/user-facing documentation, from information gathering to publishing, ensuring alignment with product releases and user needs.
Content Creation & User-Focused Writing
  • Develop and maintain high-quality content (online help content, user guides, how-to articles, and "What's New" / release notes) that translates product functionality into clear, actionable guidance aligned with common use cases.
Content Maintenance & Optimization
  • Continuously improve existing product documentation to reflect product changes, fix gaps, and improve clarity, ensuring it is intuitive and relevant for end-users.
Knowledge Systems & Structure
  • Design and improve scalable documentation structures, ensuring content is well-organized, reusable, and easy to navigate for different audiences.
Content Standards & Quality
  • Apply and maintain content guidelines (tone, structure, terminology) to ensure a consistent and user-friendly experience across all documentation.
Product Knowledge Ownership
  • Develop and maintain deep expertise across Baxter Planning products, acting as a go-to resource for product knowledge and ensuring accuracy and consistency across all materials.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Product, SMEs, and stakeholders to gather information, validate content accuracy, and keep documentation aligned with current product functionality.
Improve Processes
  • Provide feedback on usability and user experience when relevant.
Release Coordination & QA
  • Support documentation release activities, including content QA and coordination with IT to ensure builds are properly prepared and published.
Product Launch Content
  • Create and support internal and customer-facing materials for product launches, including internal release communications, enablement content, and rollout support.
Internal Enablement & Training
  • Create and maintain training materials aligned with product releases, reflecting key workflows and best practices, and contribute to internal enablement activities such as sessions, presentations, and Baxter University.
Job Requirements
  • 2 years of experience creating user-facing documentation or content (help centers, product guides, knowledge base articles, release notes, or similar).
  • Native or near-native English proficiency with exceptional clarity in writing customer-facing content (mandatory).
  • Proven ability to create clear, concise, and easy-to-understand content for end-users.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn complex technical or functional concepts and translate them into clear, structured content.
  • Experience translating product functionality into simple, intuitive guidance and workflows.
  • Experience…
