Technical Support Engineers ensure partners receive rapid and effective responses when issues arise; from general API or webhook questions to first‑response for major incidents. The team provides 24/7 coverage across Singapore, Tallinn, and Austin to maintain the highest quality and reliability for partners’ technical integrations.

Role

Technical Support Engineer for the Integration Success Team, scaling servicing capabilities for the Wise Platform in North America.

Your Mission
  • Support API customers across different channels and time zones – primarily email queues, and phone or video conferencing for critical issues.
  • Develop deep expertise in Wise API and SWIFT products and understand how partners integrate with the Wise Platform; collaborate with global teams.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve partner‑reported issues independently or with engineering and commercial stakeholders.
  • Provide product feedback and capture knowledge and trends of issues.
About You
  • Previous experience in a technical support engineering role in an enterprise environment.
  • Confidence in testing and debugging REST APIs, interpreting logs, and querying databases.
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills, able to focus on complex challenges and set expectations with stakeholders.
  • Proactive improvement mindset and initiative.
  • Comfortable handling high‑severity incidents; incident‑management experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of programming languages (Python, JavaScript) desirable.
  • Willingness to work on 24/5 service levels, including out‑of‑hours and on‑call rotations.
  • Ability to work well in a diverse, global team across time zones.
