This role is dedicated to advanced emergency communication and intelligence platforms, and does not support standard physical security technologies such as cameras or access control.)

10+ years of experience in project management, crisis communication technology, or security systems, including 8+ years deploying business process solutions. Experience administering or deploying geospatial risk and emergency communication platforms (e.g., Everbridge, Visual Command Center). Experience integrating AI-enabled workflows, MCPs, and data stores to enhance business operations. Exceptional communication and diplomacy skills, with a proven ability to present complex information to leadership and build consensus across competing priorities.

Track record of successfully delivering multiple complex projects concurrently. Ability to effectively measure and communicate program maturity and impact. MBA or MS degree.

8+ years of experience in project management, crisis management technology, or security systems. 5+ years of experience deploying solutions for business process enablement. Deep understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and project methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Proven ability to own product roadmaps, align stakeholders, and apply prioritization frameworks. Track record of translating business requirements into technical workflows to successfully ship features.

Highly organized systems thinker capable of delivering pragmatic solutions in complex, high-pressure environments. Proficiency with project management tools and iWork. BA/BS degree.
