IAM Business Analyst

• 7+ years of experience with IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Ping, Okta, or similar tools.
• SailPoint and Ping preferred
• 7+ years of BA experience in IT or Cyber Sec
• Gathering business requirements, modeling processes, and facilitating cross-functional meetings to develop technical specifications.
• Experience with one or more Texas State Agencies
• Experience with security frameworks
• BA certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA) or IAM certifications

Experience in business analysis, preferably in IT or cybersecurity environments.

Experience with IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Ping, Okta, or similar tools.

Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, role-based access control, and compliance requirements.

Proficiency in process modeling tools and techniques.

Skilled in creating and presenting executive level project communications.

Skilled in gathering requirements from business divisions.

Skilled in educating business unit staff on standardized processes.

Possess strong verbal and written skills in communicating with peers and different levels of users, including executive staff.

Skilled in facilitating group meetings with internal and external resources.

Skilled in collaborating with the technical and functional teams to develop the Technical Specification and other documents needed in support of the solution.

Experience in implenting Enterprise Systems Integration.
