** Accountable for planning, organizing, and directing the completion of specific projects for an organization.
** What a typical day looks like:
*** Encouraging the use of standard processes with customers and across segments to provide equal engagement, customer experience, and optimize outcomes in all areas.
* Leading program management activities, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and progress tracking to ensure successful project execution.
* Coordinating New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, overseeing cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transitions from development to production, and aligning milestones with customer and business goals.
* Serving as the Integration Manager, acting as the "liaison" between multidisciplinary teams (e.g., operations, engineering, sales, and supply chain) to unify efforts toward a common goal.
* Driving governance and PMO support by monitoring program health, facilitating steering committee updates, reporting key metrics, and ensuring adherence to organizational standards.
* Following up rigorously on delays, addressing risks or blockers, and ensuring teams remain aligned with project timelines.
* Promoting process discipline across programs, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures, frameworks, and organizational policies.
* Identifying and addressing gaps to achieve common goals, leading resource allocation, and fostering a collaborative organizational culture.
* Proactively generating ideas and solutions to solve business problems, improve processes, and enhance program outcomes.
* Excelling in communication, collaboration, and conciliation to resolve conflicts, align diverse perspectives, and drive leadership across teams.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, mitigating risks, and ensuring independent decision-making with site managers, teams, plant managers, and functional leaders.
* Identifying and addressing gaps to achieve common goals, leading resource allocation, and fostering a collaborative organizational culture.
* Highlighting issues and providing solutions when seeking support from the right resources.

*** Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
* 8+ years of related experience, including supervisory roles.
