Brief Position SummaryPerforms moderately complex (journey-level) computer systems and multimedia audio/visual equipment support work. Work involves providing customer support for agency information technology systems and operating automated office equipment in a stand-alone, network, or mainframe environment. Reports to the Director of Distributive Learning. Works under general supervision, with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
Work Hours: Monday – Thursday, 10 hours a day, 40 hours a week
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities- Monitor and maintain TMD’s IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.
