Job Title:

SAP SD Functional Consultant Duration: 12+ Months contract with extension

Location:

Austin, TX (Onsite on every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Functional Consultant with strong business process knowledge and hands-on experience working with SAP BTP Applications. This is a functional role focused on requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and business process optimization. The ideal candidate will have participated in multiple SAP implementation projects and possess a strong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes within SAP SD.

Key Responsibilities Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements. Design functional solutions leveraging SAP SD and SAP BTP applications. Prepare functional specifications, process flows, and solution design documents. Support configuration, integration, and testing activities across SAP modules. Lead and execute SIT, UAT, and defect resolution activities. Collaborate with technical and integration teams to ensure successful solution delivery.

Provide production support and process improvement recommendations. Participate in end-to-end SAP implementation and rollout projects.

Required Qualifications 7+ years of SAP SD Functional consulting experience. Hands-on experience working with SAP BTP Applications from a functional/business analyst perspective. Strong experience in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and business process analysis. Experience in at least two full lifecycle SAP implementations. Deep understanding of SAP SD processes including Order Management, Pricing, Shipping, Billing, and OTC. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience working with cross-functional teams and integration scenarios.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SAP Global Available-to-Promise (GATP). Exposure to SAP Advanced Available-to-Promise (AATP) is highly preferred.

Experience with S/4

HANA implementations and migrations. Knowledge of integration between SAP SD and MM, FI, and Supply Chain modules. Nice to Have Experience supporting SAP BTP-based business applications and process enhancements. Familiarity with Agile project methodologies. Pay range: $65/hr. to 75/hr the specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
