Required Experience & Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct experience with Medicaid Claims Processing.
• 5+ years of experience analyzing business objectives, identifying systemic problems, and engineering alternative solutions.
• 5+ years of experience in systems analysis, evaluating user requirements, and translating operational procedures into automated computer systems.
• 5+ years of experience writing detailed user stories, functional descriptions, and developer-facing system specifications.
• 5+ years of experience conducting technical cost/benefit analyses.
• 5+ years of experience documenting data input/output requirements, data schemas, and reporting formats.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience using Azure Dev Ops and creating wireframes.
• 5+ years of experience driving solution delivery utilizing Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• High level of sound logic and advanced analytical ability to solve complex, difficult technical challenges.
• Highly developed oral and written communication skills, alongside exceptional interpersonal skills to motivate teams.
• Deep knowledge of IT industry trends, architectural frameworks, emerging technologies, and corporate data security practices.

• 2+ years of experience working within the Texas DIR Project Delivery Framework and utilizing its official document templates.
• 2+ years of familiarity with corporate information architecture, information management methodologies, and global/regional/local infrastructure components.
• Familiarity with existing and planned software technology roadmaps within a large enterprise framework.
