Pay range:$75.00-$80.00/hr on w2 (all inclusive)
We are looking for an experienced IT leader to oversee enterprise IT operations and service delivery in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
Key Responsibilities- Lead corporate IT services including Networking, IAM, Service Desk, End‑User Computing, Collaboration Tools, and SaaS Platforms
- Drive IT modernization initiatives and operational improvements
- Manage Microsoft 365, Atlassian, licensing, governance, and cloud‑based services
- Establish SLAs, KPIs, incident management, and service excellence programs
- Partner with Engineering, R&D, and business leaders to align IT capabilities with organizational goals
- Build and mentor high‑performing IT teams
- 12+ years of IT experience with leadership responsibilities
- Strong background in Enterprise IT Operations and Service Delivery
- Experience with IAM (SSO, MFA), Networking, Microsoft 365, Atlassian, and SaaS Administration
- Expertise in ITSM, Incident Management, Operational Excellence, and Continuous Improvement
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and driving transformation initiatives
