This is an on-site contract role as an RSA Archer Specialist based in Austin, TX. The individual in this role will manage and maintain the RSA Archer system, design and configure use cases, develop workflows, and ensure proper integration with other tools. Responsibilities include performing system upgrades, troubleshooting issues, providing user support, and staying updated on Archer’s latest features. Day-to-day duties also involve coordinating with cross-functional teams to align RSA Archer configurations with organizational risk and compliance objectives.

Position Summary:
The client is seeking an experienced RSA Archer Specialist responsible for planning, designing, implementing, configuring, and supporting enterprise RSA Archer Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions. The role involves collaboration with Information Security, Risk Management, Compliance, and technical teams to support enterprise governance and continuous compliance monitoring initiatives.
Mandatory Certification (Must Have):- Archer Certified Professional (ACP)
- OR
- Level 3 Archer Certified Administrator – Expert Certification
- Design and maintain RSA Archer solutions
- Configure workflows, questionnaires, forms, approvals, and integrations
- Develop REST API/web service integrations
- Support issue management, controls assurance, and compliance monitoring
- Produce technical and project documentation
- Troubleshoot and optimize Archer applications
- Strong RSA Archer platform expertise
- Experience with GRC, risk, and compliance frameworks
- REST API and web service integration experience
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Large enterprise or government GRC implementations
- NIST, ISO 27001, SOC, or related compliance frameworks
- Service Now or ITSM platform integrations
- Information security or compliance background
