The Technical Risk Management organization is dedicated to protecting the company by managing the complex lifecycle of external risks. As part of the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tooling and infrastructure product team, we build the technical foundation that enables automated, scalable risk assessments and compliance monitoring. The team is evolving the infrastructure to be AI-first, leveraging generative AI and machine learning to transform manual risk workflows into automated processes.

As a Product Manager in the GRC tooling and infrastructure team, you will lead the strategy and execution for the next generation of risk management tools, bridging the gap between complex regulatory requirements and engineering solutions. This role is highly cross-functional, requiring partnership with Engineering, UX, Legal, and Privacy stakeholders to deliver infrastructure.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $163,000-$237,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. * + Define and lead the product idea for integrating AI/ML capabilities into GRC infrastructure (e.g., automated document classification, LLM-based risk summarization, and predictive risk scoring).

+ Drive the development of scalable backend services and tooling that support the TRM organization's data ingestion, risk engine, and reporting needs.
