The Opportunity

As part of the Managed Services team you own the delivery of exceptional service across a portfolio of managed-services accounts. As a Director, you set the strategic direction, drive business growth, and maintain executive-level client relations while mentoring the future generation of leaders.

Responsibilities

* Oversee the integration of cloud and network architecture solutions

* Drive business development initiatives to enhance service offerings

* Foster relationships with key stakeholders to support project success

* Promote innovative solutions that leverage technology for efficiency

* Evaluate market trends to identify growth opportunities

* Maintain adherence to professional standards and firm policies

What You Must Have

* Bachelor's Degree

* At least 8 years of experience with 5 years or more in delivery/operations leadership for managed services or cloud/infrastructure solutions

What Sets You Apart

* Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Information Technology, Engineering preferred

* Demonstrating thought leadership in managed-services delivery

* Managing client governance and operational review processes

* Driving customer satisfaction and retention metrics

* Coordinating cross-functional delivery execution

* Supporting RFP/proposal reviews and contract negotiations

* Developing standardized onboarding and operational playbooks

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
