Chief of Staff

The Chief of Staff at Loman will work directly with the CEO to drive execution across operations, field marketing, payroll, internal systems, and strategic initiatives while helping scale one of the fastest-growing AI companies in restaurant technology. This is a highly cross-functional, AI-native operator role for someone who thrives in fast-moving startup environments and uses AI to create leverage, automate workflows, and improve organizational performance.

Loman AI is transforming how restaurants handle phone calls with an AI-powered voice platform built specifically for the restaurant industry. Our technology answers calls 24/7, takes orders, books reservations, answers menu questions, and integrates directly with restaurant POS and reservation systems to create a seamless guest experience. By eliminating missed calls and hold times, Loman helps restaurants increase revenue, improve operational efficiency, and deliver better hospitality ’re building one of the most advanced voice AI products in hospitality and partnering with restaurants ranging from independent operators to large multi-unit brands.

This is not a traditional Chief of Staff role.

This is a force multiplier role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, obsesses over execution, and can operate simultaneously across operations, recruiting, finance, payroll, field marketing, customer deployments, systems, and strategic initiatives.

You will sit at the center of the company and help scale Loman from startup velocity to category-defining company.

You will work directly with the CEO and leadership team to drive execution across the business.

One hour you may be redesigning operational workflows using AI agents. The next you may be managing payroll issues, launching a field marketing initiative, improving onboarding systems, helping close enterprise customers, standing up dashboards, coordinating recruiting pipelines, or fixing bottlenecks inside customer operations.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to become a founder, operator, or senior executive in the future.

You must be deeply operational, highly analytical, and extremely comfortable leveraging AI tools to increase speed and leverage across the company.

We are specifically looking for someone who is AI-native, not AI-curious.

• Drive cross-functional operational execution across the business
• Build and optimize systems, workflows, SOPs, and internal processes
• Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions
• Run strategic initiatives directly for the CEO
• Help establish operating cadence, reporting, and KPI accountability

• Implement AI workflows and automation across departments
• Leverage tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, Perplexity, Notion AI, Zapier, and agentic workflows to improve productivity
• Design internal AI copilots and operational tooling
• Create scalable AI-driven systems for onboarding, support, recruiting, analytics, and internal operations
• Constantly identify opportunities to replace manual work with intelligent automation
