Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support a high-visibility, fast-paced technology deployment program. This is a critical, front-line coordination role where you will partner closely with program leadership and technical teams to drive execution and ensure on-time delivery. This engagement offers the opportunity to work across the full project lifecycle, from planning and launch through execution, hypercare, and final closeout.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain and manage project plans, timelines, and milestone tracking across all work streams.

* Monitor project health and proactively identify risks, blockers, and dependencies, escalating them in real time.

* Own and maintain issue logs, decision trackers, and prepare weekly executive-level status reports for leadership.

* Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional meetings, including preparing agendas, taking notes, and tracking action items.

* Act as the primary point of coordination for a support team of 5-10 technicians and project stakeholders.

* Ensure timely communication of updates, deliverables, and key decisions.

* Provide dedicated support during the hypercare phase by tracking and triaging post-launch issues and coordinating their resolution.

* Document lessons learned, process improvements, and final project outcomes for knowledge transfer.

Required Qualifications

Experience:

3-6+ years in project coordination, program coordination, or junior project management roles, preferably supporting enterprise-level technology deployments. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting teams of 5-10+ contributors.

Skills:

* Proven ability to manage competing priorities and operate with an ownership mindset in a fast-paced environment.

* Strong organizational skills and experience with project tracking, governance, and reporting, including RACI models, issue logs, and risk tracking.

* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with leadership stakeholders and lead meetings.

* Experience with project management tools such as Asana, MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

* Background in technology deployments, operational rollouts, or field support programs, especially involving device deployments or infrastructure projects.

* Experience supporting post-launch triage (hypercare), issue tracking, and escalation workflows.

* Familiarity with cross-functional stakeholder management involving IT, operations, and field teams.
