Role Overview
Our organization is seeking a Nexthink Lead for a Digital Employee Experience (DEX) practice. This role requires a professional with strong Nexthink technical skills combined with advisory and strategy capabilities. The ideal candidate will drive the overall DEX strategy, provide thought leadership on governance, and articulate value to customer stakeholders. This position involves responsibility for multiple programs and client-facing engagements for executive readouts.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive and facilitate the overall Digital Employee Experience (DEX) strategy.
* Provide thought leadership on governance and articulate the value of the Nexthink platform to stakeholders.
* Oversee 3-5 programs/engagements and conduct client-facing executive readouts.
* Configure the Nexthink production environment, including modules such as Workplace Experience, Application Experience, and Collaboration Experience.
* Collaborate with customers to define the scope for Nexthink collector and browser extension deployment.
* Advise on and oversee the deployment of the Nexthink collector and web browser extensions.
* Integrate Nexthink with identity platforms like Azure Active Directory (Entra ) and other systems such as Microsoft 365 and Zoom.
* Configure and manage Nexthink platform capabilities, including updates and library content packages.
* Work with global teams to support and manage the Nexthink platform.
* Analyze telemetry findings, summarize results, and incorporate them into final recommendations.
Required Qualifications
Experience:
* Demonstrated experience in a consulting or advisory role with client-facing responsibilities at an executive level.
* Proven experience working in IT with a complete understanding of End User Compute (EUC).
* Experience working with global teams.
* US Citizenship is required.
Technical
Skills:
* Deep expertise with the Nexthink platform, including installation, configuration, and management.
* Knowledge of NQL (Nexthink Query Language) and the ability to build queries.
* Moderate skills with Power Shell to build remote actions.
* Experience with modern deployment technology.
* Familiarity with Service Now integration and creating synergy across DEX and EUC offerings.
Advisory and Persona
Skills:
* Strong business acumen with the ability to drive use cases and articulate value to customers.
* Experience working directly with customers in consulting engagements at all levels.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence business and executive leadership.
* Understanding of user personas and their application in improving employee experience.
* Ability to lead workgroup sessions with business and IT SMEs to drive consensus.
