  • Assist in scoping and defining analysis projects into well‑defined milestones.
  • Learn and contribute to data models within our dbt (data build tool) environment under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and elevate data quality or dashboard performance issues.

  • 3‑6 years of relevant experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar field.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and charting.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of SQL for data querying and manipulation.
  • Experience with a data visualization tool, preferably Tableau (building dashboards, calculated fields).
  • Familiarity with or a strong desire to learn dbt and data modeling concepts.
  • Ability to analyze information and effectively present concepts in written, spreadsheet, and presentation formats.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to support the analytics team and internal customers on tight deadlines.
