Platform Operations Specialist

Episode Six is a global provider of API-based issuer processing and ledger infrastructure.

Platform Operations Specialist – America Team.

• Perform software releases and infrastructure updates across multiple PaaS instances of the E6 Cloud platform.
• Manage multiple AWS EKS Kubernetes clusters.
• Maintain cloud infrastructure (e.g., RDS, load balancers, networking, storage).
• Administer Linux and Windows servers.
• Maintain SQL and No
  
  SQL databases.
• Support software development and testing activities.
• Assist client onboarding and migrations.
• Routine testing of system backups and disaster recovery plans.
• Daily infrastructure monitoring and maintenance.
• Create and maintain internal documentation.
• Participate in a standard on‑call rotation with other team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 3+ years of AWS cloud management experience (or other public cloud provider).
• 3+ years of Kubernetes cluster administration.
• 3+ years of Linux OS management experience.
• 2+ years of Python scripting.
• Demonstrated infrastructure troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with infrastructure‑as‑code tools such as Terraform.
