** Recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of Product Designers and User Researchers, fostering a culture of radical accountability and creative excellence.
* ** Design Systems & Engineering:
** Direct the evolution of our global design system, ensuring seamless handoffs between Design and Engineering through advanced Design Engineering practices and shared component libraries.
* ** User-Centered Discovery:
** Lead deep-dive user research and customer empathy initiatives to uncover market whitespace and validate complex solutions before they hit the roadmap.
