The Senior Program Manager will focus on tool capabilities to solve the problem of disconnected tool development and business needs by serving as the strategic bridge between the Space Capabilities business team and the Product Manager for Space at Whole Foods Market. This PM owns the portfolio of space planning tools, including space allocation models, floor planning and planogram development solutions. * Serve as the dedicated bridge between business teams and product development, translating customer needs into clear product requirements
* Partner with Macro and Micro Space Planning & Development Senior PMs to gather business context and inform tool priorities

* Drive tool adoption and performance metrics across internal customers

Organized around three lifecycle domains (Planning & Development, Tool Capabilities, and Execution Process Capabilities), our structure enables us to proactively translate strategy into actionable outcomes with deeper mastery and cleaner handoffs
