UX Designer, Secure Third Party Tools

We’re seeking a customer‑obsessed UX Designer to join the Secure Third‑Party Tools (S3T) organization within Amazon Security. S3T builds the tools and processes that maintain Amazon’s security bar when interacting with third‑party providers. In this role, you will transform and design the end‑to‑end user experience for S3T’s suite of tools, translating complex security workflows into intuitive, efficient experiences.

• Design end‑to‑end processes for complex security workflow features—from discovery and concept development through prototyping, testing, and delivery.
• Partner closely with PMT, engineering, UX Research, and security teams to understand customer pain points, define problem statements, and design solutions that balance user needs, technical feasibility, and security requirements.
• Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high‑fidelity mockups to clearly communicate design intent to engineering partners and stakeholders.
• Create and extend design systems, component libraries, and interaction patterns that ensure consistency and scalability across the S3T product suite.
• Communicate design strategy, rationale, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior leadership through compelling storytelling and clear documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, industrial design, digital communications design, visual arts, mass communications, art, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of design experience.
• Experience designing and prototyping with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar.
• Knowledge of usability principles and techniques.

• Experience delivering design solutions as a UX designer or interaction designer.
• Experience working in a collaborative team and with developers for implementation of designs.

The base salary range for this position is $ – $ USD annually, varying by location. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
