• Excellent communication skills to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences.
• Experience in a senior business/systems analyst or data liaison role.

• 5 years of experience with Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse.
• Experience in health and human services or regulated environments.
• Familiarity with data governance and data quality principles.
• Experience with data profiling tools like Snowflake Cortex or Toad.
• Experience in AI prompt development.
