Pay Rate: Open to negotiate on hourly W2
Role Overview: The main function of a Contracts & Sourcing Specialist is to administer activities related to contracts for services necessary for the operation of an establishment. A typical Contracts Specialist is responsible for negotiating contracts with the customer or bidder.

Job Responsibilities
Research and evaluate performance requirements of suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability and other relevant factors.
Review bids from suppliers for conformity to contract requirements and determine acceptable bids.
Provides bids, process specification, test and progress reports, and other exhibits as necessary.
Requests or support amendments to or extensions of contracts.
Advises relevant departments of contractual rights and obligations.
Monitor services to ensure that goods/services come in on time and resolve problems related to undelivered goods or services.
Manages any contractual / administrative / order management work to support the various projects/bids
Dashboard creation and work with internal teams to drive automation
Build & analyse scorecard

Skills
Must-Have Skills
Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, project management skills and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze reports, price proposals and other technical or relevant data.
Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
Ability to predict consumer buying patterns.
Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to purchasing/services.
Previous experience with AI automation tools
Bachelor's degree in finance or a related business field required. Technologically savvy and experienced with Google suites

Previous experience with AI automation tools.

Number of Interview Rounds: 2 rounds of interviews
Interviewers: CWAM and Sourcing Manager on team
Types of Interviews:

• Technical & Behavioral
• Run through their past experience on Sourcing (indirect)

Interview Duration

• 30 mins x 2 Interviews
• 1st with SM and then with CWAM
