This position, reporting to the Director of Waypoint Administration, Scoring, and Reporting, will support the New Meridian team in serving as technical leader across data warehouse architecture, implementation, and operational excellence.

SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in data warehousing to design, build, and scale enterprise‑grade data platforms that support large‑scale educational assessments, scoring, reporting, and analytics. This role requires strong architectural judgment, hands‑on technical leadership, and the ability to collaborate across engineering, psychometrics, assessment operations, and data quality teams.

The ideal candidate brings experience designing modern data warehouses and pipelines, ensuring data quality and security, and supporting high‑stakes, high‑volume data workflows. Experience with educational assessment, scoring, or psychometric data is highly desirable, though not required.
