This QA Engineer occupies a “3 contractor” position performing QA activities for the Contract Operations team. The application is part of an initiative to enhance and update the System Contract Operating and Reporting system for agency contract management, monitoring and compliance. The role is part of the Administrative Applications Software Quality Assurance team and requires developing and maintaining automated test cases using Playwright or similar technology, and creating test scripts for both manual and automated testing.

Perform manual testing as required; track test‑case execution; establish automated schedules for test cases and reporting; use Jira to log and track defects; develop and maintain requirements traceability matrices; have experience in an Agile environment; support the development team in dev, test, UAT, and production; troubleshoot test cases; lead UAT testing activities; be available for on‑call support as needed.

• 10 years in manual test script execution
• 8 years in automated QA testing
• 8 years in QA test script creation
• 8 years in performance testing
• 5 years preferred experience in QA automated test case reporting
• 5 years preferred experience in JavaScript, HTML, Playwright, WebdriverIO, JMeter
• 3 years preferred experience in Agile, Scrum, Jira, XRay, or Zephyr
• 3 years preferred experience in accessibility testing
