About the Role
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who contributes to the design of highly-technical, large-scale product features from conception to launch and beyond. This role works closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to identify user needs and workflows, define a vision for new software apps and execute enhancements to current ones. The person in this position collaborates with stakeholders to solve complex design challenges and shape the team’s end-to-end design process.
Job Responsibilities- Lead deliverables in every stage of the design process - from ideation, user flows, and low fidelity frames to high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes
- Identify efficiencies and prioritize when to replicate established UX patterns, and when to define new patterns specific to Closed Loop
- Design and facilitate user research and usability tests. Synthesize findings into actionable insights and recommendations
- Present to stakeholders at design reviews and continuously iterate based on feedback
- Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure product enhancements are delivered per design specifications
- Leverage and contribute to continuous refinement of our existing design system and libraries
- Engage with the tools needed to get the job done, including Figma, Asana, JIRA and Confluence
- Communicate proactively and clearly with other team members and ensure punctuality with deadlines
- 5+ years experience in product design
- 1+ years experience leading or mentoring other designers
- Experience with B2B and enterprise tools and platforms
- Proven track record leading design process from ideation to launch
- Strong interaction design and data visualization skills
- Comfortable using Figma as the design tool of choice
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills
- Able to translate the design process into achievable milestones and project plans
- Awareness of accessibility best practices
