Job Description & How to Apply Below

EZCORP is seeking a Sr. Delivery Lead — Enterprise Programs to join the Enterprise PMO and lead large-scale, cross-functional programs spanning IT, business operations, and multiple geographies across the US and Latin America. The immediate focus of this role is a major multi-country integration program, with ongoing responsibility for enterprise programs as business needs evolve.

The ideal candidate is a hands‑on program execution leader with a strong technical background, deep experience in enterprise platform migrations, multi‑site technology rollouts, and organizational change management. This person must operate fluently across geographies, languages, and cultures — coordinating work streams that touch finance, HR, IT, operations, legal, and field operations teams while keeping senior leadership informed and aligned.

This position may be filled as a direct hire or contract-to-hire arrangement.

Program leadership and governance
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale programs: define program structure, governance model, workstream charters, milestones, risk frameworks, and executive reporting cadence
  • Own the integrated program plan across all work streams, ensuring dependencies are mapped, critical path is visible, and milestone dates are tracked rigorously
  • Establish and run program governance: steering committees, workstream coordination, RAID management, decision escalation protocols, and status reporting
  • Drive accountability across workstream owners, ensuring cross-functional teams deliver to plan and that dependencies do not become blockers
  • Manage program financials: budget tracking, SOW governance, forecast-to-actual variance
  • Support vendor and third‑party governance in partnership with business owners: contribute to SOW development, track milestone‑based deliverables, and monitor contract compliance
  • Partner with Procurement and Legal on vendor selection, contract negotiations, and change order management as needed
  • Conduct regular vendor performance reviews against defined SLAs and KPIs; flag underperformance to business owners for remediation
Technology integration and multi‑site rollout
  • Lead enterprise platform migration and integration programs: ERP, HCM, financial systems, and operational technology — coordinating with business partners, overseeing data migration, testing, cutover sequencing, and post-go-live stabilization
  • Manage multi‑site technology deployments across retail or branch locations: system provisioning, hardware coordination, store‑level scheduling, staff training, and phased rollout execution
  • Partner with other PMs, IT leadership, and solution architects to ensure technical decisions are sound, scalable, and aligned with the enterprise technology roadmap
Change management and organizational readiness
  • Develop and execute change management strategies for enterprise programs: stakeholder impact assessments, communication planning, training design, resistance management, and adoption measurement
  • Design communication plans and role‑based training programs in partnership with HR and L&D, ensuring content is tailored for diverse audiences across corporate, field, and regional teams
  • Ensure change plans account for cultural, linguistic, and operational differences across US and Latin American geographies
  • Track adoption and proficiency metrics post-go-live, identifying gaps and driving corrective action to sustain organizational change
Multi‑geography coordination
  • Serve as the central coordination point across US and Latin American program activities — bridging time zones, languages, regulatory frameworks, and operational norms
  • Conduct program meetings, stakeholder updates, and working sessions in both English and Spanish as required by the audience
  • Build trusted relationships with regional and country‑level leadership to ensure alignment and buy‑in throughout program execution
Stakeholder management and executive reporting
  • Provide regular, executive‑quality program status reporting to the EPMO Director, senior leadership, and program steering committees
  • Manage stakeholder expectations across corporate functions and field operations, translating program complexity into clear, actionable…
