Job Summary

Spy Cloud is seeking a Product Designer to build high‑quality, usable and eye‑catching product user experiences and visual UI designs across Spy Cloud’s product lines.

You will partner deeply with Product Managers and Engineers to understand and help shape product requirements related to UI/UX, including interpreting functional descriptions into usable UX layouts and user workflows that optimize for usability, customer satisfaction and the wow factor that world‑class online experiences deliver.

You will work in Spy Cloud’s data and analytics‑centric offerings, helping users find their way to critical cyber‑security data to help them fight cyber crime as it happens. You will help oversee Spy Cloud’s development teams’ use of your designs as they build reusable UI components for Spy Cloud’s products.

You excel at making high‑impact decisions with imperfect information, lead without formal authority, and thrive amid chaos and complexity. You balance deep fluency in building high‑quality user experiences with translating Spy Cloud’s vision into actionable plans that fuel growth, delight customers, and empower every product team. As an AI‑forward company, Spy Cloud expects you to leverage AI to gather and interpret UI/UX related requirements, build and refine designs, and participate in rapid development of prototyped features and products to engage customers and gather their feedback to refine your designs.

  • Create space for capturing metrics in your design and using those metrics to improve the experiences for your users
Requirements
  • 4–7+ years of experience as a product designer, ideally in B2B/SaaS environments, designing for both technical and non‑technical users (cybersecurity experience a plus)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing end‑to‑end product design, from UX strategy to polished UI—especially for data‑rich, complex applications
  • Fluent in Figma, with experience in component libraries, rapid prototyping, and managing clean, organized files
  • Comfortable working across multiple products and user types simultaneously, balancing priorities and adapting to different use cases
