Leads technical delivery within the pod. Acts as the primary hands‑on architect for AI builds, owns delivery output quality, and mentors technical consultants.
Technical Skills- Extensive ITSM / CSM / HRSD and CMDB platform expertise
- Agentic AI with MCP solution design
- REST, MID Server, and spokes‑based integrations
- Glide Script and server side scripting
- Flow Design and Automated testing with ATF
- Runs technical discovery with customer
- Peer review and mentoring for technical consultants
- Escalation point for delivery blockers
CSA
- CIS ×3+
- CAD
- CTA preferred
Salary Range: $94,000 - $140,000 a year
