Project Manager, Media & Social Operations

A high-growth venture studio is seeking a highly organized, execution-focused Project Manager to help drive initiatives across social media, content, creative, and digital marketing.

This role sits at the center of multiple fast-moving brands and will partner closely with growth, creative, and operations teams to keep projects organized, aligned, and moving forward. You'll be responsible for managing priorities, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring campaigns and content programs launch smoothly and on time.

What You'll Own Project & Campaign Execution
  • Manage end-to-end execution of marketing, content, and social media initiatives across multiple brands
  • Build and maintain project plans, timelines, workflows, and deliverables
  • Ensure projects stay on schedule and stakeholders remain aligned
  • Track progress, identify risks, and proactively remove blockers
Social Media & Content Operations
  • Coordinate content calendars and campaign schedules across social platforms
  • Partner with creative teams to ensure assets are delivered on time
  • Support execution across channels including Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, Linked In, and emerging platforms
  • Maintain visibility into priorities, deadlines, and launch readiness
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Serve as the connective tissue between growth, creative, and operational teams
  • Facilitate project updates, status meetings, and stakeholder communication

    Ensure accountability across multiple work streams and business priorities
Process Improvement & Systems
  • Build scalable workflows that improve speed, visibility, and execution quality
  • Help establish operational best practices across a portfolio of growing companies
  • Leverage project management platforms and automation tools to streamline work
  • Identify opportunities to improve team efficiency and reduce friction
What We're Looking For
  • 3-6+ years of project management, program management, marketing operations, or agency operations experience
  • Strong understanding of social media, content production, and digital marketing workflows
  • Experience managing multiple projects, stakeholders, and competing priorities simultaneously
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where priorities can shift quickly
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Advanced proficiency with Click Up (or the ability to become an expert quickly)
Bonus Points For
  • Experience with in an agency, startup, media company, or venture-backed environment
  • Exposure to performance marketing and paid social campaigns
  • Familiarity with creative production workflows
  • Experience using AI, automation, or workflow tools to improve operational efficiency
