Role Overview

The Identity & Access Management Analyst supports the enterprise identity and access management program through user access lifecycle management, access governance, entitlement administration, compliance support, and IAM project delivery. This role helps ensure access to systems and applications is provisioned, modified, reviewed, and removed in a secure, timely, compliant, and well‑documented manner. The position partners with Information Security, IT Engineering, application owners, business stakeholders, and compliance teams to support IAM operations, user access reviews, role‑based access controls, provisioning workflows, audit evidence, and process improvement initiatives.

  • Administer user access lifecycle processes.

  • Investigate and resolve access discrepancies.
  • Support entitlement governance.
  • Participate in IAM projects.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, information technology, or another related technical field.
  • Four (4) to six (6) years of experience in identity and access management, information security, IT compliance, access administration, or related technology control functions.
  • Hands‑on experience with IAM tools such as SailPoint or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra , user provisioning, lifecycle workflows, entitlement management, and role‑based access control.
  • Experience using Service Now or similar ticketing systems.
  • Experience using Azure Dev Ops or similar Agile work tracking tools.
  • Working knowledge of access governance, least‑privilege access, segregation of duties, audit evidence, and internal control expectations.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, documentation, and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and process discipline.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
