Job Description:
Develops and maintains user and technical documentation and project process documentation for IT Teams. Understands user perspectives and structures procedures logically. Writes technical articles, reports, brochures, and manuals. Coordinates graphics and document production.
Performs advanced technical writing, working independently, and preparing materials for speeches and presentations. Assists IT in documenting environment, policies, procedures, and plans. Conducts data analysis, develops metrics, and supports performance and quality improvements through data visualization and evaluation.
